Operations Representative

Position Description:
The Operations Representative serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Operations Representative is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Operations Representative will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all client communications and conflict resolution.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, informing the Director of Operations or Director of Crews of any problems that may arise. 
  • Responsible for payment collections. 
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Communicates the client's goals and conveys the client's interests to appropriate team members.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and LandCorp, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Reports to the Director of Operations, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
  • Present an appropriate business appearance at all times while working

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Minimum 3 years of Account Management experience
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Technical/Computer competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience


Sales Representative

Position Description:

The LandCorp Sales Representative is responsible for every aspect of the partnership between LandCorp and our customers. From initial contact to closing sales, consultative selling techniques are practiced throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, contact and manage leads
  • Prepare proposals and consult on solutions
  • Customer service and account development
  • Customer prospect profile maintenance
  • Participation in programs and events
  • Quote prices, prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sales
  • The LandCorp Sales Professional will sell all services and necessary supplies to new clients
  • Continually develop new business
  • Throughout the qualification process, identify the specific needs of individual clients and businesses, while determining how LandCorp will meet those needs
  • Proactively develop leads from trade and professional organizations, shows, events and other sources
  • Report to management on customer relationships, pipeline, forecasts and new prospects
  • Mentor new sales staff as necessary
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Assist Operations Team in customer challenges
  • At all times maintain high level of knowledge about products and services offered by LandCorp
  • Present an appropriate business appearance at all times while working

Requirements:

  • Professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Technical/Computer competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc.)
  • Work well in a team and independently
  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience
  • Keen intelligence and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
